Upgrade path
First you upgrade Caracal to Caracal Navy Issue. This raises tank and resists allowing to skip tank rigs and focus on Hypervelocity rigs.
After that there are three independent upgrades to be made in any order:
Upgrade A. Heavy Assault Missile Launchers from 'Prototype' Arbalest to HAML II (and corresponding T2 missiles). This does not cost much but requires skill at V.
Upgrade B. Initiated Compact Warp Disruptor to Warp Disruptor II and then to any of the four equivalent: Dark Blood, Domination, Republic Fleet or True Sansha. Current price ~130M.
Upgrade C. Drop Multispectrum Hardener for the second Sensor Booster (Alumel or T2). To compensate for lost resists you can either replace one rig by kinetic resistance rig or upgrade Large Aseotropic Restrained Shield Extender to Republic Fleet Large Shield Extender (~30M), upgrade Thermal Shield Hardener to Pith X-Type (~20M) and let it be. It will be a small ehp loss but should not be crucial. (Theoretically, using a deadspace Multispectrum is better than having only one resist out of two, but their prices are miraculously high).
