Terran is a term used to refer to a hypothetical progenitor race that colonized New Eden prior to the collapse of the EVE Gate. Little is known about this race within the universe, and it is commonly regarded as a myth. Nevertheless, they are believed to have left numerous artifacts across the cluster, including ancient stargates and the EVE Gate itself.
While there have been many rumors and fan theories about them over the years, ranging from their technological level to whether they still exist at all, almost nothing about them has been revealed by sources in-universe or out.
