Inactive Member Policy

As we accept a large number of new pilots, Eve University has a relatively high turn over, meaning that unless inactive members are removed, we would rapidly grow to becoming the largest Alliance in New Eden.

To combat this members which meet the following criteria are periodically removed:

• Members who do not hold titles who have been inactive for 1 month.
• Members who hold titles who have been inactive (not logged in) for 3 calendar months.

It is important to note that removal due to inactivity does not mean a member cannot return once they become active again, and they simply need to apply using the normal methods.

In the event that a member is expecting to be inactive for some time and are likely they will be removed by this procedure, it is requested that they drop from the corporation themselves, to save administration overhead.
