Overview

Ships with Ship Skins are variations of their standard counterparts. They usually are in the colors of a certain faction or corporation. They have the same attributes, fitting and skill requirements as their siblings.

There are currently two types of skinned ships:

• Special Edition Ships: Ships that were handed out as gifts by CCP for certain events or via certain codes
• Paint Job Ships: Ships that were painted by Players with a Paint Job Blueprint Copy

This article will only cover the Paint Job ships. For the their siblings, check Special Edition Ship.

History

With Rubicon 1.3 CCP Games introduced a Ship Painting Pilot Program. This is a new mechanic that allows players to paint their ships with a BPC. This point release added the first nine ship skins.

With the Kronos Release CCP added eight new ship skins for four pirate factions.

List of Paint Jobs

This is the list of ships that are considered Paint Jobs. Each entry explains how to obtain it (except from the market of course) and it links to the ship it is based on.
