Second Room
All Grpup 1 - 3 are present on warp in. Destroying Group 2 (the group to the left at around 50 km will trigger the commander spawn.
Escalation
Destroying the Dark Blood Frigate may trigger an escalation to Following the Blood. If the Dark Blood frigate does not spawn then the escalation trigger is likely to be one of the structures (other sources name the other likely trigger to be the Blood Raider Bunker).
