University Service
The Uni now offers a refining service to new miners. To make use of the service, follow these steps:
NOTICE: This service is only offered at Aldrat IX - Moon 13 - Minmatar Mining Corporation Mineral Reserve. This is NOT at HQ.
Step 1: In your own hangar, name a container in the following way - "Your Name", for example "Azmodeus Valar". Store the ore you would like refined in that container. After depositing the ore or modules into the container, drag the container from your hangar into the "Industry" corporate hangar. (in Aldrat IX - Moon 13 - Minmatar Mining Corporation Mineral Reserve) WARNING: Once you place something in the "Industry" hangar, you cannot get it back. Make sure the ore is in your container, and you wish to have it refined before dragging the container to the hangar.
Step 2: Send a forum message to Azmodeus Valar alerting him that you dropped a container in the hangar. Valar will refine the ore and modules (perfect refine, no tax) and return it to you.
It can take between 24 and 96 hours before the ore and modules are refined and returned to you. Please try to build up a little stock before using this service, instead of putting ORE in the hangar every day. Thank you.
A Station Container will hold 1,000,000m3 of ore, and are available for sale at the station. If you wish to bring in your own, they can be bought at any hub and are 10,000m3 of space while packaged.

Perfect Tax in all MMC and PTS stations. Perfect Refine for Everything except Ice. 99.5% yield for ice.
Instructions: Eve mail me and contract it out for at least a week in an MMC or PTS 50% yield station, tell me if you want your scrap ore. Please keep it near Aldrat, within 10 jumps .5 and above. I'll Eve mail you and contract it back out. Tips are warmly received (return contract is 10000isk)
UPDATE: I'm taking a break from EVE for awhile, but I still drop in every once and awhile to keep my training updated. So it may take a week for me to respond.

I have perfect refine for all ores at stations belonging to Minmatar Mining Corporation, Kaalikiota corporation, Anmatar Consulate, or brutor tribe with a 50% station. Please email me an in-game notification if you contract it to me and give 14 days for refining as well as the 10k for the contract back. o7 Fly safe.

I have perfect refine skills (0% tax) for all high sec ores (Veldspar, Scordite, Plagioclase, Pyroxeres, Omber, Kernite) for Sisters of EVE (SoE) corp stations. Sisters of EVE stations are in the Ani constellation pocket behind Nakugard. If interested in getting your ore perfectly refined for free, ensure that it is in a SoE station with 50% refinery nearby Hek (highsec systems only), contract out the ore to me with a 10,000ISK allowance for the return contract and send me an EVE mail to confirm that I received the contract. Make sure you set the contract for two weeks to give yourself the best chance of getting the ore refined (in case of delays like war decs etc.). Normally, you should get the refined ore back within 72 hours with a confirmation mail from myself :). Cheers.

I have perfect refine and zero tax at SOE Stations for Veld-Kern. Contract for 2 weeks and send an eve mail so I don't miss the contract since my playtime is erratic. I ask that you include the 10k isk for the return contract. Only bulk (4< batches) of any single ore. May mix and match ores to get the 4+ batches.

(As of March 25, 2012) I have perfect refine with the Ammatar Consulate and Ammatar Fleet. Please put the ores you wish to be refined in an item exchange contract with 10,000 ISK to cover the return contract. The contracts must be in a 50% refine station, however that includes all Ammatar Consulate & Ammatar Fleet stations.

Perfect Refine: All Ores + Module Reprocessing (99.5% for Ice)
Stations: Federation Navy (Dodixie)
Instructions: Contract your ore or modules to me at a Federation Navy station with 50% refine and include 10,000 isk to cover the return. I prefer Dodixie IX - Moon 20, but any Fed Navy station within three jumps of Dodixie is fine. I am usually in-game daily and should get to your batch within 48 hours most times, but set the contract to 7 days for pickup and 3 days to complete just to be safe. Please contract the items alone, not in a container, and send me an EVE mail to make sure I notice the drop.

Tax free stations: Material Acquisition, Sisters Of Eve, Viziam.
Instructions: Please put the ore (no containers) in one of the above corporation stations with 50% refine, then set the ore in an item exchange contract on a 14 day expiry with 10,000 ISK for the return exchange. Label the contract with your name and request, and send me a reminder EvE mail. In most circumstances I will get to it within a few days (Highsec), a week (Solitude), or possibly not at all unless I am compensated appropriately (Losec/Nullsec). Please restrict your individual refine requests to no more often than once per week.

Please contract the ore (no containers please) at a station with 50% refine for either of those corps. Please include 10,000 isk for the return contract and send me an eve-mail, just to make sure I see it. Closer to Aldrat is better, and I should have no problem getting it done within 7 days.
