The Rakogh Administration Complex is the heart of Sansha presence in the constellation. Ruled by one of the most cunning and deceptive overlords in Sansha's army, Pashan Mitah, it has long been a beacon of strength that has caused fear and doubt in all but the bravest pioneers in 9HXQ-G. Currently the complex is being used as a staging point for Sansha's offensive in the constellation, aimed at uprooting all opposition to firmly claim it as a province of the Nation. From here Pashan controls hordes of minions which scour the asteroid belts and moons and other obvious areas in search of prey. Because of its importance, Rakogh has been the target of sabotage numerous times in the past, but with its formidable defenses few have succeeded in causing any serious damage.

The first deadspace pocket inside this Administration Complex is used as a gathering point for Pashan's forces before they venture out on an expedition, and as a security perimeter to defend the base from attack.

Warping to asteriod side- The area of deadspace which the Rakogh Administration Complex resides in is filled with pockets full of asteroids. This provides the complex with easily obtainable resources to build structures and ships used by Pashan and his minions. These pockets are well defended incase outsiders happen to stumble into them, Pashan is fiercely protective of his territory.

On warp in- Here the Sansha train their battle formations and equipment setups, but only when there is a battle-commander or higher rank present.

Rakogh Citadel

On warp in- A mighty bastion of Sansha's strength, the Rakogh Citadel resides deep within the Administration Complex. From within its maze of corriders and dark rooms Pashan Mitah fervently controls his subjects with a mind control device, ever so often contacted by his own superior many astronomical units away.
