Pilots who just want to transfer ISK to another character, whether their own alt or another player, can do so from the Wallet or from elsewhere in the interface.

If you are reading this page and are about to send ISK to another player, especially another player you do not know well, pause to double-check what you're doing. Unlike an item exchange contract, which can be named deceptively and can have confusing contents, but will always deliver its contents on payment of its set price, an informal ISK transfer imposes no in-game mechanical obligations on its recipient. Make sure you have familiarized yourself with common in-game scams, especially "ISK doubling".
