This page starts off confusing, and gets better towards the end. I think in particular the beginning could do with a clean up. For example...

" In a dogfighting fit with ACs, ab, web and scram, it can take on most other frigs and even some larger targets and win (watch out for the taranis and all the AF's though). "

To a newbie like me, that means almost nothing. I'm aware of Web and Scram... not sure what an AC is. No idea what a Taranis is, and I'm guessing AF is Assault Frigate or something? All in all, a very confusing sentence for a beginners guide to ships.

The sentence is referring to a dogfighting fit of the Minmatar frigate, the Rifter. AC means autocannon (which is the Minmatar short-range high-damage projectile weapon system), and AB means afterburner. The Tanaris is a Gallente interceptor (with excellent dogfighting capabilities), and you are correct that AF means assault frigate.
