Temer Rugaert

Temer Rugaert is a level 2 agent in Minmatar COSMOS located in Tvink at Margins of Error. Instead of offering the normal kind of COSMOS mission he will offer a simple trade mission that can be repeated with no limit but offers only small ammount of isk and corp standing as reward.

The Spatial Analyzers can be found by hacking the containers in Contested Minmatar Army Complex or by purchasing them from the market. This mission gives no faction standings and can be repeated.
