Agents: Tillen Matsu, Autaris Pia and Korhonomi Oti each once
Agent location: State Data Center (Ahtulaima, Saikanen and Kamokor)

If not I can easily have a copy of it made on Mitsolen IV - Moon 9 - Prompt Delivery Storage. Just pick it up there and bring it to me. Once I've signed it then you're all set to speak with Aviekko. |
The Graduation Certificate is the starting mission for The Celestial Imperative. This mission can be requested from three agents and thus can be completed threetimes. But the rewards are low and you need only one copy of signed Caldari graduation certificates there is no point in doing it multiple times.
The mission is simple: Fetch one unsigned certificate from a nearby station and the agent will sign it for you.
After this you are ready to talk to the next agent: Aviekko Ta.
