Main article: Homefront operation
Dread Assault: Cartel Racket

An empire dreadnought has been dispatched to resolve the conflict in this sector. Your fleet’s mission is to ensure its success by supplying enough capacitor power for the dreadnought to activate its superweapon and obliterate the enemy structure. Hostile ships will attempt to destroy your ships, ECM jam your ships, and drain the dreadnought's capacitor.

Fleet size & composition

  • Optimal fleet size: 5 ships (see Rewards below)
  • Ship types: T1 cruisers and below

Hostiles

Bug: There is currently (May 2026) a bug that causes Focused enemies to get shot by other enemy ships.

A fleet consisting of frigates, destroyers, cruisers, and battlecruisers will be present upon arrival. They will concentrate their fire on one capsuleer ship at a time, beginning with the first vessel to enter the site, and may periodically switch targets as a group.

Hostile EWAR ships (such as ECM, see the table below) may target different ships than the rest of the room, and each may pick different targets resulting in (for example) multiple player ships getting jammed at the same time.

"Drone aggro" enemies, those with the Blood, Boycotter, Corruptor, or Errant prefixes target differently. Instead of following the room target, they will randomly (and not all together) target any fleet member or launched drone.
