Minmatar Brigands (NLX-810) is a static [Note 1] Minmatar COSMOS site that can be found by probe scanning in Nakugard. It is co-located with Nakugard VIII - Asteroid Belt 10 so alternatively you can skip the scanning and warp to the belt.

As the site is co-located with an asteroid belt there is a very real chance of belt rats showing up. As this is a COSMOS area they will be of the special COSMOS variant with a chance of dropping Recruitment Center Data Log or Finger Bone.
