Rogue Drone Blockage is a static Minmatar COSMOS complex found in Hjoramold system. The site needs to be scanned down with probes. Alternatively you can just warp to Hjoramold XIII and you will land on the same grid. The site is ungated and has no restrictions on ships.

The only special NPC is a Searcher Drone. The site can be cleared easily, and the rats can be aggressed separately.
