"This article should be cleaned up or improved." Who added that and what do you think need to be improved?
Looking at the page history, I think Kinamisa added it on the 23rd, when the article probably did need cleanup and improvement. We might be able to get away with removing it now.
I'm going to add a few sentences at the very beginning indicating the cruiser hulls' place in the grand scheme of ship classes, and give the rest of the article a once-over now.--Uryence 10:55, 28 February 2010 (UTC)
