Removal of level 2 version

I have removed the level 2 version based on the following considerations:

• The level 2 version had exactly the same objective as the level 1 version (4x Crates of Command Reports (160  m³))
• Based on analysis of Distribution mission reports there appears to be some patterns of mission offering:
  • Missions offered for only one level
  • Missions offered for all levels
  • Missions offered for two level, in which case the pattern seems to be:
    • Level 1 and 3
    • Level 2 and 4
