Description
This template is meant for creating the short summary info for missions. It should be used at the beginning of all mission report articles.

Syntax

|Type= Type of the mission (Courier, Encounter, Mining, Trade, Industry, Exploration, Travel, Branch)
|Objective= Mission objective
|Faction1= First faction you fight against (automatic damage)
|DamageToDeal1= (This overrides Faction1 automatic damage info)
|DamageToResist1= (This overrides Faction1 automatic resist info)
|Faction2= Second faction you fight against (automatic damage)
|DamageToDeal2= (This overrides Faction2 automatic damage info)
|DamageToResist2= (This overrides Faction2 automatic resist info)
|Faction3= Third faction you fight against (automatic damage)
|DamageToDeal3= (This overrides Faction3 automatic damage info)
|DamageToResist3= (This overrides Faction3 automatic resist info)
|Faction4= Fourth faction you fight against (automatic damage)

|Faction= Faction you fight against in the mission. This overrides all other faction choices and does not align damage/resist profiles properly. use this if the faction/damage/resists need long explanations.
|DamageToDeal= Best damage to use in the mission. This overrides all automatic damage info and does not align to many factions. use if long explanation for best damage.
|DamageToResist= Recommended damage to resist in the mission. This overrides all automatic resist info and does not align with multiple factions. Use if long explanation is needed.
|WebPoint= Points or scrams in the mission. Web is in name only due to historical reasons and webs should be in EWAR section.
|EWAR= EWAR in the mission
|ShipSizeLimit= Limit on ship size
|ShipSuggestion= Ship recommendations
|Rewards= Rewards. Normal missions have dynamic rewards but special missions may have consistent rewards
|StandingLoss= Notable standing loss. Mainly for empire faction standing loss
|Extra= Anything else short and noteworthy

Empty fields don't need to be removed.

The faction, damage to deal and damage to resist info can be provided with multiple different methods. In simple cases just put in the faction and let the template fill the damage fields. If you have to give a long explanation that does not fit into the numbered fields use the unnumbered fields that allow any length. Using unnumbered fields overrides all numbered fields of same type.

If the faction in the mission has unusual stats you can override any automatic info by simply providing your own info.

Manual recommended damage and damage to tank info should be provided with use of {{Damagetype}}. Factions that have automatic damage info (the spelling must match one of these):

  • Amarr Empire (also accepts "Amarr")
  • Ammatar
  • Angel Cartel (also accepts "Angel")
  • Blood Raider Covenant (also accepts "Blood Raiders")
  • Caldari State (also accepts "Caldari")
  • CONCORD
  • Equilibrium of Mankind (also accepts "EOM")
  • Gallente Federation (also accepts "Gallente")
  • Guristas pirates (also accepts "Guristas")
  • Khanid Kingdom (also accepts "Khanid")
  • Mercenaries
  • Minmatar Republic (also accepts "Minmatar")
  • Mordu's Legion (also accepts "Mordu's")
  • Rogue Drones
  • Sansha's Nation (Also accepts "Sansha's"}
  • Serpentis
  • The Syndicate (also accepts "Syndicate")
  • Thukker Tribe
