Bates joined EVE online on 6th December 2012. He was interviewed by the lovely Laura Karpinski on 19th December 2012 and joined EVE University.
Bates then decided to volunteer as a Personnel Officer and he also joined the Amarr Mining Campus and the Wormhole Community.
Duties in the Personnel Department
Bates became a Personnel Officer on 23rd March 2013 and he was promoted to Senior Personnel Officer on 23rd May 2013.
On 3rd August 2013 he was ninja'd into becoming an Assistant Personnel Manager to Rose Chanlin, and was put in charge of the recruitment and training of new Personnel Officers.
