KEEP IT QUIET AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE:

Dont ping the channels EVER unless you really are just starting the fleet, or moving. Do it as few times as possible - so condense messages. Notifications are really inconvenient at times. Use talkaboutpings the most for operational queries, updates - including forming updates. Do not repeatedly use PFF to get more people, as if they could have come they would have already. Spam in the incursions.e channel for formup instead. Do try to copy mumble and in-game WL info to talkaboutpings for reference purposes.
