Zvarin Karsha
Warning! This is ungated pocket in a low-sec with a known static location, which is also visible on grid from the nearby station. The elite frigates that guard Zvarin Karsha are fast, and have a surprisingly strong tank. If you let them come close and point you, you can be stuck disrupted there for a minute, and it will become an easy kill for hunters who are often sitting cloaked around the system.
No aggro unless Zvarin Karsha is attacked.
Warping out from the grid will turn the frigates back to blue. Zvarin Karsha has a pretty low tank so you can kill him from the long range, warp out, and then come back and loot the wreck without the need to destroy the frigates and risk being pointed by them.
