Serpentis Base is a combat site that can be scanned down with probes in null security Serpentis regions. The site is behind an acceleration gates. Warping to the side lands you at 0 on the gate.

An extender fit Drake can run this site. Bring a MWD or long-range weapons, as the enemies all spawn very far away.

The rats are few, but far away from each other. Acceleration gate is 56 km from warp-in. It unlocks when all enemies are killed.
