I think ''nabula'' is, at minimum, non-standard, and might even just be a common error. The Oxford English Dictionary (which just tries to describe all known English words, not to prescribe which ones should be used) only has ''nabula'' as a rare, early Old English ancestor of present-day English ''navel''—not a word with any relation to ''nebula''. Wiktionary, which is usually pretty comprehensive, doesn't have ''nabula'' as a known variant of ''nebula''. So I think it should probably be ''nebula''. I hope that's helpful!
