− | You've heard, I hope, of the Angel Cartel drug smuggling into Minmatar space. No one will ever know how many lives have been destroyed by this ugly scourge, but while we cannot help those poor souls who have already fallen prey to booster abuse, I'm not going to sit by and let the drugs continue spreading to new victims. I am aware that not everyone around here shares my sentiments. My superiors feel that it's useless to strike at the dealers and the couriers, that the only way to uproot this problem is to stop it at its source. They say that to do otherwise is a waste of time and money. And they're right, I'm sure. Of course they're right. So what I am absolutely not going to do is send out a single rogue pilot and tell him to cut off a supply convoy carrying drugs to Minmatar children. Let's be crystal clear on that. − | Welcome back, and congratulations on your task. Not that I had anything to do with it in any way whatsoever, but I'm very happy with your efforts. Which I know nothing about. But good job nonetheless. Whatever you did. While you were away, we received orders that I've been praying for. We've located the booster manufacturing facility itself, and it's time to strike at the source. There are some that claim this recent attack by an unnamed pilot on a smuggling convoy was badly timed, and that we now have only a few days before the Cartel decides to move its operation to a new secret location. But then, I don't recall those same people giving any good reason why we should allow even one parcel of drugs to pass into the hands of our citizens. Nevertheless, fingers have been pointed, and people are quite annoyed at having to rush in. While I don't have the slightest doubts that I made the right decision in sending you to destroy that convoy - NOT sending you to destroy that convoy, I should say, because of course I had nothing to do with it - it may nonetheless be a wise decision on our part to get there first and destroy that manufacturing facility all by ourselves. It will give us a little added glory, just in case someone decides to get clever about that convoy business. | + | |DamageToDeal1= |

You've heard, I hope, of the Angel Cartel drug smuggling into Minmatar space. I am certainly not asking you to help me out on a secret task to rid us of one clandestine shipment, just one, even if nobody would notice its disappearance anyway. We understand one another, I trust. |
