Evis Cerate is a member of the EVE University and it's Personnel Department working as a Senior Personnel Officer
About
Evis Cerate once made it known how much he disliked the recruitment tool the Personnel Department has to work with and received the prestigious "Total Tool" title as a result, Evis has since learned to keep his opinions to himself.
