Ersin Oghuz, a [[Gallente]] Activist, first gained his pilot license at YC118.02.26 and started his career as a capsuleer at [[Center for Advanced Studies]]. After trying out to be a freelance pilot in factional warfare, he decided to join [[EVE University]]. His application was accepted at YC118.03.08 and he moved to his new quarters.  

Following to his involvement in forming HSC Defensive/Offensive doctrines, he was promoted to HSC Defense Officer where he further increased his involvement in defense of HSC and offensive fleet actions against hostile corporations and their members. He also involved in several projects -such as industrial, educational and events- regarding the further advancement of HSC. His involvement in HSC and projects was recognized and he was awarded with "[http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/EVE_University_Medals#Service_Medal_of_Excellence|Service Medal of Excellence]" ''for broad and significant contributions including planning fits, directing PvE fleets and designing campus introduction classes'' [[https://forum.eveuniversity.org/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=102463 Reference]]. He served HSC as Defense Officer and then Assistant Manager. He was then promoted and assigned as HSC Manager in YC119.11.01. He worked hard to establish strong infrastructure and military tradition in HSC with his staff members. New services and programs established in order to create a self-sustain campus.

In YC120.11.01, due to some personal reasons unrelated to corporation, he left the management to his successor Christoph Patrouette.

Organized and commanded 'Operation : Short Trip' in order to reinforce and destroy the POCOs belonged to hostile corporation that IVY League was at war with. A small fleet first reinforced the POCOs easily without any opposition. Following to the reinforcement of Customs Offices, IVY League received more war declarations from other mercenaries and hence the operation turned into a bigger deployment with participation of 100 capsuleers from all campuses. The second operation which aims to destroy the POCOs after their reinforcements led to a fleet battle between League forces and Merc Coalition forces and resulted with coalition forces' retreat following to the destruction of their logistic wing. After this engagement, POCOs were destroyed.

Although their objective was to destroy our Customs Offices to deploy theirs, they also launched offensive fleets to HSC in Verge Vendor region. I launched several fleets both defensive and offensive and attended those deployments that resulted in medium scale conflicts and stand offs.
