The Blood Raiders are a sect of an ancient cult called Sani Sabik, who use blood in their rituals. A passive shield-tanked Drake can run this site slowly.  The battleship rats have armor reps, so you should have at least 400 DPS to run the site efficiently.  The battleships can be kited to reduce incoming damage; try and stay 50+ km away.
