 The main focus of these guidelines is the [[Wartime Standard Operating Procedures]]. If you are an inexperienced player, you will find the guidelines and advice offered very helpful and allow you to enjoy wartime while mitigating your risks during wartime. In the past, EVE University maintained the WSOP as a set of very restrictive rules, but there were relaxed and eventually phased out as the both the game mechanics changed and the scope of what EVE University does grew.
