On that very date Project Solitude launched one Tatara and five Athanor refineries in Boystin. The moon chunk pulls are two weeks long which results in three chunk arrivals every weekend. The exact times can be found on Solitude Slack. Usually BOYC fleets with boosts happen; sometimes even shared can fleets.
