As of June 2021, several systems along the "highsec highway" of New Eden's [[Topology]] are controlled by [[EDENCOM]]. This makes moving ships on characters with negative EDENCOM standings extremely dangerous, as scramming gate camps are a fixture in these systems. Much like during wartime, pilots will have to make use of a [[Preparing_for_Incursions#Valet_alt|Valet alt]] in order to move ships safely, or [[Getting positive Triglavian and EDENCOM standings|getting positive EDENCOM standings]] in [[Pochven]].
