:::: I think its fair to say that while it may exist there is no evidence of an upper limit of 15 minutes in the time window. I personally have seen a few collapse in front of me and none have shown this text within 1-15 mins of it being set to collapse. 15 minutes is a long time for such a state to go unnoticed for so many years.
