If not I can easily have a copy of it made on Mitsolen IV - Moon 9 - Prompt Delivery Storage. Just pick it up there and bring it to me. Once I've signed it then you're all set to speak with Aviekko. |
The agent will give you a signed certificate if you just bring the unsigned sertificate to her. This certificate is needed to get missions from Aviekko Ta, an another agent in Caldari COSMOS
