The nullsec local blackout started on 12 July 2019. During the blackout local chat in nullsec works like local in wormhole space. It is not known how long the blackout will last. On top of CCP's changes to nullsec local the third party tool ZKillboard went black for the weekend.[1] Further, the third party tool dotlan maps only shows static data.[2]
