Hi! I noticed that you're working on a page about the SDE. I think this is a great idea, and I look forward to using it. I've moved it (changed the title) to Static Data Export, which better matches the content, and that way others can find it and either make use of what's already there and help to improve it.

In future, if you'd like to keep a "private" draft for a page you're working on, you can create create a sub-page "under" your user page (e.g. User:Eddie echerie/Draft1 (or replace "Draft1" with whatever you want to call it)) - just type http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/User:Eddie_echerie/Draft1 into your browser's address bar and click the "Create" button. Here are all the sub-pages that I created over the years, which I use for notes on various projects - but you can of course use them as you like. Once you're happy with your draft, you can:

  • Move it into the "main" wiki through the "move" command (in the drop-down menu next to "View"/"Edit"/"History"), making sure to select "(Main)" when deciding on a new page name, or
  • If the page already exists and you're writing a completely new version, copy-and-paste the wiki-code from your draft into the existing page.

Keep in mind that it's not necessary for a page to be "perfect" before going into the "main" wiki :) It's perfectly OK to write an initial outline, and fill it out later (with help from others - the idea is that we all collaborate to make the pages better).

We're glad to have you on board for improving the UniWiki :) – Noemie Belacqua 14:10, 3 December 2016 (CST)
