The structure drops only commodities.
Warning! This is ungated pocket in a low-sec with known static location, which also visible on grid from the nearby station. And elite frigates which guards Zvarin Karsha are fast, and have a surprisingly strong tank. If you will let them come close and point you, you can stuck disrupted there for a minutes, and will become an easy kill for hunters who are very often sitting cloaked around the system.

Warping out from the grid will turn the frigates back to blue. Zvarin Karsha has pretty low tank so you can kill him from the long range, warp out, and than come back and loot the wreck without need to destroy the frigates and risk of being pointed by them.
