Bai Tarziiki is a Caldari COSMOS combat site located in Otitoh. You can find it by scanning with Core Probes. Alternatively warp to the Ihakana stargate and the rats will be around 350 km off the gate.
Warping to either of the Bandit Outposts lands you in the center of the rats.
