Kyan Magdesh is a static Minmatar COSMOS site found by scanning in Barkrik, it is "home" to Kyan Magdesh and escorts. Alternatively you can warp to Barkrik I - Asteroid Belt 1 to reach the site.
It is not deadspaced so can be warped to at distance.

Kyan Magdesh and escorts are actually at Barkrik I - Asteroid Belt 1. This means that there is a chance that COSMOS belt rats are on grid. Kyram Magdesh and the belt rats are independent entities for aggro and can be separately handled. There is also a possibility for an NPC mining fleet or actual player miners to be at work at the site.
If Kyan Magdesh and escorts are not present they have been recently destroyed and you have to wait for them to respawn. Respawn time looks to be at least 15 min after destruction, but considerably longer times have been observed.
