Akemon Tolan is an Amarr agent in the Caldari COSMOS located in the Prison Facility room of the Contested Guristas Outrider Post in Otomainen. Over the course of this mission chain you need to provide three items: Jakon's Head, Myrkai's Data Chip, and a Guristas Shuttle. Myrkai's Data Chip drops from a structure at the agent's location but that structure only spawns once a day. People run this right after downtime and then sell Myrkai's Data Chip through contracts for a lot of isk. This is worth it because the final mission rewards the hardwiring implant Inherent Implants 'Noble' Hull Upgrades HG-1008 which is worth a lot.
