Eve University Wiki (UniWiki) is a public source of information about Eve Online, therefore it is open to public for adding, editing new or old articles. It is also a community-based source of information, thus it needs the community to survive and since the UniWiki does not limit its access only to Eve University members, the wiki is one of the facilities which exactly fits the Eve University goal, that is to share knowledge, freely.

Even so, contributing to the wiki as an Eve University member has it's own benefits, for starters, by contributing, you are in a very literal sense, giving back to the Eve University and help those other future players or even veteran players from what you learn in Eve so far and from what others did. Furthermore, since everything in the wiki is logged, your contributions will go down in history, yes, people would know that you've done something, that means, The Eve University title officers would know too, which in this case will help with the advancement of your [[Titles|progression titles]] and even the graduation title since what you write and what you do in the wiki, will, reflect what you know about Eve and that is one of the prerequisites of getting those [[Titles|titles]] in the first place.
