Hidden away from prying eyes in a nebulonic cloud the Sansha have set up a gas processing facility which converts the raw gas material into the much valued boosters. Be warned that the Sansha will not respond favorably to any intruders, be on your guard.

A well-tanked T1 battlecruiser can run this site without much problems.
