I think ''nabula'' is, at minimum, non-standard, and might even just be a common error. The Oxford English Dictionary (which just tries to describe all known English words, not to prescribe which ones should be used) only has ''nabula'' as a rare, early Old English ancestor of present-day English ''navel''—not a word with any relation to ''nebula''. Wiktionary, which is usually pretty comprehensive, doesn't have ''nabula'' as a known variant of ''nebula''. So I think it should probably be ''nebula''. I hope that's helpful! Nebula or nabula?

Either the docs ore the title is wrong. Not a native speaker so I don't know which is correct Evon R'al (talk) 16:37, 3 November 2021 (UTC)

I have looked into this a bit further. It looks like both are valid. Google search for nabula and nebula. Although nebula seems to be the more common one. The Wikipedia article uses nebula and makes no mention of nabula at all.

Icon information square.png Note: my spelling checker shows nabula as wrong and offers nebula as correction.

I think nabula is, at minimum, non-standard, and might even just be a common error. The Oxford English Dictionary (which just tries to describe all known English words, not to prescribe which ones should be used) only has nabula as a rare, early Old English ancestor of present-day English navel—not a word with any relation to nebula. Wiktionary, which is usually pretty comprehensive, doesn't have nabula as a known variant of nebula. So I think it should probably be nebula. I hope that's helpful!
