Contested Caldari Lai Dai Refinery is a static Caldari COSMOS site in Airmia. The first gate to the first pocket only permits ships smaller or equal to T2 Cruisers.

Dry River Warehouse respawns only once per day after daily downtime, so you could run into competition for its loot.
Also, some players make money off it, by regularly hunting it down immediately after downtime, and then selling "Parts of Printing Machine" via contracts, thus creating artificial scarcity.
As of September 2021, price on contracts was 135 million ISK per set of 5 pieces. 2023-08-17: 9 contracts for between 339 to 379 million ISK per set, and on 2024-07-01 there were 6 contracts for 500 million ISK.
