No Quarter is an Expedition that can escalate from Gurista Provincial HQ.
Walkthrough
The first two locations are doable solo, while the last two are much harder, with the final location requiring at least 1200 DPS minimum to break the overseer's tank. Even then it takes a long time due to the boss's strong active shield tank and high hitpoints, as well as high DPS that can tear apart a well-tanked T3 Cruiser with ease.
Warning: The DED 10/10 The Maze combat site is comparatively easy to this escalation. Use extreme caution unless you want to risk losing your ship.

As the dust settles from the battle, you receive a transmission from someone claiming to be a local vigilante who congratulates you on a job well done. Your computers run a check on his ship ID's and other info they can gather on him in such a short period of time, but come up with nothing. He is at least not a part of any pirate faction, nor seems he to represent any of the official states in the galaxy. This person continues to welcome you to the area and offers to point you to some other Gurista bases he knows about and have been a menace for the local population. If you want to come and meet him, he will lead the way. |

After a few exciting moments waiting for further messages, a series of less interesting moments waiting still and then a few very boring moments while your patience approaches a grand finale, you decide that this stranger must have wet himself when he saw you and used the chance to hide deep inside his Industrial.
Or maybe his 'spy drones' simply take forever and a day to accomplish their task. Either way you decide to abandon this farce and continue on with your business. |

As you enter, you see your friend several hundred kilometers off target, complaining about something being rotten in the hydraulic system. With the Guristas on the other hand, it seems like all systems are go. |

Teinei Kuma: I hope you will manage without me, but I am going to check the next and last target. It is one of the Guristas recruiting stations, they have these recruitment drives every now and then when they go through all major metropolitan areas in Caldari space, pick up from the sewers anything that is still breathing, gather them in places like these, give them some old rookie ships and beanie guns and let them have a go at each other! The better half of those who are still alive after a couple of months are taken in as Gurista pilots, the rest is shot, or sold to the Blood as refreshments! Anyways, they are just sitting there like ducks, we dont want them to get away, I will hold them busy till you arrive! |
There is considerably higher damage in this pocket; the Guristas Annihilation Missile Battery does extreme EM damage and the Siege Railgun Sentries do high alpha Therm/Kin damage. Together they can destroy an improperly tanked T3C in as few as three volleys. Thus, mainly tank against EM and Kinetic damage.
Attacking the Guristas Annihilation Missile Battery triggers a defensive wave. Destroying it or the commander battleship may trigger escalation and allows you to blitz through this location.

Fourth location
This location is very hard, requiring around 3-4 people in high-DPS strong tank ships. The overseer battleship has extremely strong shield reps which require the damage to exceed 1200 DPS to thermal.
Attacking the Guristas War Installation spawns two defensive waves, the second wave including the overseer.
The Siege Sentries deal a high alpha damage of 1200 mostly therm/kin per turret but fire every 16 seconds. Since there are at least 8 turrets firing at warp in, they can destroy a single T3C in two volleys if improperly tanked. It is advised to make a bookmark on-grid as you land at the site to warp to in case of danger and to reset aggro.

Terrorist Overlord Inzi Kika deals 500 DPS with turrets and nearly 1500 DPS with missiles. He has 89% EM resists, 79% Explosive and Kinetic resists, and 69% Thermal resists.
It is strongly advised to keep your ship aligned to a bouncing bookmark 200 km off, warp to it as soon as the overseer wave spawns, and snipe the spider drones, the elite frigates and then the Terrorist Overlord. His turrets reach out to 200 km and his missiles to 130 km.
