This page is specific to EVE University. Other corporations or groups in the game may operate differently. For a summary of EVE University's rules and code of conduct, see EVE University Rules. |
The Wiki Department is a group of staff members who make and monitor changes to the UniWiki to ensure that the information contained therein is as up-to-date and accurate as possible. It is the sole department in the Web Services Directorate.
Unlike most other departments in EVE University, staff positions in the Wiki Department are not restricted to members of EVE University - anyone in the EVE community is welcome to apply to join. While the Wiki Manager does not technically wield any authority over out-of-corp staff beyond their title and administrative privileges, out-of-corp staff are otherwise treated as regular University members for the purposes of their work with the UniWiki.
In-game, Wiki Department staff members who are also members of EVE University carry the title of "Wiki Curator".
