Downloading the majority of the classes from Rapidshare takes ~20-30 minutes for each class, since they throttle the connection speed. If people could upload them to mirrors such as Mediafire or Megaupload, I would appreciate it. [[User:Shinʹalor|Shinʹalor]] 20:27, 2 January 2011 (UTC)

Just wanted to point this out, some of these files are hosted on MEGA.co.nz and while there has not been any legal action against that site, if past events are any indication of future events, we might want to move those files elsewhere just to be sure.

April 2, 2015: I have noticed the Dropbox link for the class "EVE Careers 101" under Core Moneymaking Mechanics is giving a 404 error.  If someone has downloaded this class previously, could you please share and relink the file. Additionally I have been slowly but surely downloading and placing the files in my personal cloud drive.  If there is any interest, I can start adding a mirror link to the files as I download them. - Mtu Enforcer

Revlyk: August 1st, 2016: Fixed the majority of links for the EVE University Server by changing http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/W/images to http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/images. (Removed the /W) from roughly 100-150 links. Documented sections that still have broken links.

Until the new system is put in place, this page shouldn't be featured prominently on the sidebar as our "Class library."  Even though there is a disclaimer at the top of the page, it is misleading and should be temporarily dropped (for the next few years) until a new class library is actually developed and implemented.  It is misleading to the average new member looking for classes -- and there is no reason to so prominently promote a program that doesn't yet exist.

I'd recommend renaming this page "Special Lectures" since that is what it is (mostly of historical interest) and linking to it from https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Welcome_to_EVE_University or perhaps the bottom of https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Classes

2022 Classpocalypse

After contemplating it for months with Ed. Director, we've decided to weed out classes which were mechanics-focused and out of date (most of them, it turns out). A video-based library of recorded classes is in development (cross your fingers!). Uryence (talk) 10:33, 21 August 2022 (UTC)

Page Title is misleading

Until we actually have a class library, the link on the sidebar should be Classes and linked to that page. Jindo Lee (talk) 08:38, 22 October 2022 (UTC)
