Best used in an alpha damage fleet of around 20 of these ships. The rigs are selected so that if you have Missile Bombardment IV and Missile Projection IV then you will have a reliable range of 72km. If you only have Missile Bombardment at III your reliable range comes down to only 63km (although the tooltip will claim a higher number), so please try and train that skill to IV.
