This guy, Tikui Makan, a prominent member of the Guristas I might add, has been boasting lately of killing Black Jack in a duel which supposedly took place in Y5J-EU. I don't have any more information on the matter, but I can give you Tikui's location. I'll upload it into this data chip, take it back to Isana.
