Noteworthy. Even though each career agent provides his mission arc only once, it is possible to do same career agents again.

That is also a good head start if you planning to do COSMOS missions latter. It will be much easier to access all levels of COSMOS agents. And completing those will boost your faction standing even more (not mentioning few very lucrative COSMOS mission rewards).
