Description

This template is used to indicate that the current page may soon be deleted. Pages may be marked for deletion if they are no longer relevant or are of limited utility.

Uses:

Syntax: Type {{Deletion}} at the top of the page.
Sample output: {{Deletion}} produces the banner as above
Optional descriptor: Type {{Deletion|<Example reason given>}} at the top of the page.
Sample output: {{Deletion|Request of author.}} produces this banner:

This article is a candidate for deletion.
Reason: Request of author.

Putting this template on a page also adds it to Category:Candidates for deletion.
