-After consultation with Bora and my fellow NSC combat officers (and with Bora's approval, of course), I'm pleased to announce an expansion of the NSC leadership incentive program. This works in tandem with the LSC logi pilot initiative, and in fact draws quite a lot of inspiration from it. In general we hope that enough people enjoy flying with both NSC and LSC that they can benefit from both programs. :)
