'''All''' members of [[EVE University]] are free to participate in the '''Community Content Initiative''' previously known as Cross Campus Initiative, also known as CCI program. This also includes staff (All staff are encouraged to give this a go!). The CCI is currently under the Student Administration Department and the current CCI Program Manager is [[User:Croixant|Croixant]].

EVE University prides itself on covering a diverse array of activities within New Eden. To provide our pilots with the best 'all around' experience, a set of communities were put in place. This helps educate unistas learn the different playstyles and tactics used within each area of space.

 

 

 

 

 

 

We are all proud Unistas and we should work together regardless of community affiliation and help out our fellow bros. This is your chance to get out there and help others while at the same time filling the gaps in your own knowledge.

To complete the CCI Program you must:

Content generation activities that count towards the meeting the requirements of the CCI program include but are not limited to:

For content activities to count towards the CCI program requirements they must be planned ahead and posted in the calendar and/or the forum or discord ping channels as appropriate. QRF fleets and other spontaneously organized content and activities do not count towards meeting the CCI program requirements.

 

Activities must be scheduled and advertised in the in game calendar and EVE University Forum otherwise these activities will not count toward CCI Program progress with the exception of Incursion Community content (other than classes) as long as the fleet is formed in accordance with the [[EUNIC: Forming a fleet|community's standard procedures]].

* Planned content that departs or forms out of our Headquarters in Stacmon will be credited based on what area of space (High Sec, Low Sec, Null Sec) that the activity primarily takes place in.

* Planned content primarily taking place within [[Pochven]] region will count as a Wormhole Community activity.

In the case planned content is roughly split across communities or areas of space (Ex. A Intro to Industry Couse That Covers Both High and Null Sec), the participant shall have a single category of their preference to the credit for the activity. 

The communities and areas of space, along with some examples of content that can be carried out there, [[#Content Generating Activities|are shown below]]. Some communities (WHC & Incursions) have requirements before you can participate in the majority if not all of their activities. New CCI participants are encouraged to research these requirements early and work towards meeting them while completing activities for the other communities and areas of space.

A major emphasis of the CCI program is to promote the generation of content for Unistas, as such, there is a requirement for all CCI participants to lead or coordinate at least 8 of the 20 fleets, classes, or events required. The demonstrated leadership requirement also requires that at the 8 required content generation activities be spread across 4 of the 5 communities or areas of space.  

For activities to count they must be planned ahead and posted in the in game calendar and the forum/discord ping channels. Typically an event must be announced a minimum of 24 hours ahead to be considered scheduled. The exception for this is [[EVE University Incursion Community|Incursion Community]], so long as they follow the  [[EUNIC: Forming a fleet|community's forming procedures]].

Most CCI participants will have to coordinate content in communities where they are not current content generators. CCI participants are strongly encouraged to contact the [[Community Coordinators]] of the respective communities when beginning to plan an event to meet the leadership requirements of the CCI program if they do not have experience in that community or area of space. These pilots have graciously volunteered to serve as the points of contact for their respective communities and will assist CCI participants with an introduction to the community, etiquette, and current and planned activities and/or events to ensure successful events that are fun for all participants and mitigate any unintentional consequences.

Participating in the CCI program is as simple as starting EVE University forum post to track content generation activity participation.

Each participant is required to track and document their CCI Program participation in their own thread located in the [https://forum.eveuniversity.org/viewforum.php?f=279 CCI forum].

Additionally, interested Unistas are encouraged to attend an Introduction to CCI class which are offered on a routine basis for more information on the program and its requirements.   

Those pilots who have been awarded the EVE University Campus Cross for their completion of Community Content Initiative are recognized for their dedication and commitment to the program on the [[CCI Medalists]] page.
